Keep in mind that they just show inventory on these items, and from my experience they usually have the items, but I have had a few times where their inventory was off. Also, I usually ask them to pull the item and have them inspect it while I have them on the phone, asking them about amount of wear/condition in the known problem areas. Some times these places just don't know how to identify worn out parts.
Also, if the part is very expensive, I will check prices at all of the places that have the par,t as prices can vary widely on parts for older equipment. | |
