Maybe the labelling has changed, but these seem to be the latest labels:

Both just say in regards to dairy cattle:

"Because a withdrawal time in milk has not been established, do not use in female dairy cattle of breeding age."

Valbazen has a 27 day slaughter withdrawal and says it should not be used on females that are less than 45 days bred unless they will not get bred for another 45 days after dosing. Synanthic has only a 7 day slaughter withdrawal and doesn't seem to have any restrictions on short-bred cattle.
