That tag does look like the tag on my allis orange mounted chisel plow. As for parts, I'd check salvage yards or consignment auctions. Mi e could use a few new coil springs, but I got a small pile of extra parts and shanks from previous owner when I bought mine. He got rid of it because parts were kinda tough to come by, and he wanted a disc chisel.
