Well explain what I'm missing then. 3 trades that have limited potential. Most likely out come is the calls expire worthless and with the short call being out of the money far enough to have any potential profit in the trade it won't come close to covering his put. Sounds like you're out 3 trades, broker wins you lose.
so they called the shots, and broker put in the trade. why would a broker intentionally put them in a position and risk losing a client ? why run the risk of losing clients? |
