A few guys that made it through the crisis doubled down the debt bet and have now come out ahead. They could have went broke if this stuff hadn’t went up a little. Ground is getting cheaper here. Still selling but harder to get done, following the equipment market, just needs the right price to move but most are a year or to behind.
