Don't know what may happen in the future, but remember standing at a local land sale in the late 70's or early 80's and the auctioneer saying "they aren't making any more of it and its not going to get any cheaper". Well just a few years later it did get cheaper and there were more than a few guys that didn't make it. Maybe that was just a here thing.
