| Far from nonsense, Pat. I been thinking for awhile now that when land values get heading south, they will unwind faster and farther than most think is possible. It doesn't take too many acres of $10,000 plus land to get rid of a pile of old money real fast. And at these prices it doesn't replenish itself very fast either. Most farmers aren't in the league with guys like Jeff Bezos of Amazon fame whose net worth jumped $6.8 billion in one day about a week ago.
