In the 80's I think land topped out about 1980 and it took until about 85 or 86 until land seemed to crash real hard. I don't think the drop will be as drastic this time and I think it will take a longer amount of time to see the drop. I hope we don't see a big decrease in value but if we are going to keep selling corn for $3.00 something is going to have to change.
