I would say you are a very rare breed. I always seem to get talked out of sales I want to make when it seems near the top and I kick myself every time.

I'm sure tileman2 is giving the best advice he can as are other brokers and elevator managers
--if they are smart enough to give perfect advice would they be giving free advice to YOU?
those sales near the top are pretty hard to do IMO
kicking yourself is easy
