Subject: RE: Land sale, still old money left

Eastern Ontario
I have watched this for close to 60 years and the land bull has never been wrong if he uses the wisdom that God has given him! Wisdom is the key word. In that same time the general increase in land has NEVER declined and good land has gone from $100.00 to $14,000.00/ acre. Yes there have been spikes higher or a neighbor who needs the land but that covers most of it! This is in Ontario, Canada. Our Liberal government is trying to change that negatively for all small business. In the 1940's the common thought was land is too expensive and that thought still prevails!! It is easy to look back but hard to see ahead.:) By the way when I started renting land it was not tiled and $10.00/acre and that was all I could afford!
