You can drench them with Corid (amprolium) as a treatment.

I think mixing Deccox (decoquinate) in their creep feed would be a big help, but I suppose their intake probably isn't very high on creep feed. There is also Corid pellets, but Deccox pellet would be lots cheaper probably. I would be worried about trying to give them Rumensin or Bovatec in creep feed because intake is probably not consistent across calves and it's easy to overdose them.
