Never heard of someone running one down. Of course most fields here are so small they can get to a fence or ditch before you can even get going!
Up on the high line (hi way 2) when we used to get winters, and coyotes were worth couple hundred bucks, lots were run down with snowmobiles===mile long strips, deep snow, no fences===ranch kids teaching school up there, a guy and his wife, they'd get quite a few on a weekend |
One less predator!
