You could sell but it would be at harvest lows which I try to avoid at any cost. But if you do it, buy futures back to cover the upside. I'm not sure what your basis is but you could do a basis contract and take 70% of your money. Or if you don't have your own hedge account, do a minimum price contract thru the elevator. They will pay you cash price minus the cost of a call option which will give you partial upside protection. I believe almost all farmers should invest in bins. They can pay off in more ways than one.
Another thought, since you've delivered all your grain to one elevator, never do dp, or wait on your money more than 30 days. You are letting them use your money interest free and if they go under, you'll be a loser as well.
