Off and on I hear of people of getting grants for making a cattle lane to pasture cemented. Is this true? I have a lane that NEEDS to be cemented but with current milk prices, we can't swing it. Have any of you gone through this process? Could you share your experience and thoughts? Where do I start? How do I go about this? Thanks in advance!
