Interesting, how does a guy get in the "group"? I can't see it going to highest bids as a none profit, but how isn't everyone begging for a chance. How do they decide how many head each farmer is allowed. Sorry for the questions I've never heard anything about this. Closest thing we'd have is an old railroad that got sold back to the public before my time.
