Had trutest load bars under a silencer outside for almost 20 years.  Only thing that screwed them up was the wiring getting chewed up.  Replaced them with load cells and ran all wiring through conduit.  My new one is getting overhead trutest scales only because they are nicer to deal with and I can lift the entire chute up out of the way and easily clean it all out then drop the entire thing on the ground when not weighing.  Only down side of the trutest is they are damn proud of their stuff my scale, head unit and EID wand will cost as much, if not more than the chute and I didn't even get top of the line scale head or EID reader.
