If the elevator goes belly up and gets sold out, do you still own that bin? Or are you left holding a worthless piece of paper?
If you build a bin on your yard and the elevator goes belly up you will still have the bin on your yard.
Can you get that grain out of that bin and deliver it anywhere you want?
If you can, what does it cost to get it out of "your bin"?
