SE KS | I usually am not a liquid feed fan, but this was cheap enough to get me thinking. $300 a ton, makes it $857 a ton for the protein. My cubes, $243 a ton for 20%, run $1160 per ton of protein. I am supplementing lactating cows 4 lbs of cubes per day, dry cows 2 lbs....matched to hay samples. This Westway product actually comes in cheaper. I have tried Loomix before, but didn't like the open tubs nor did I like the consumption rate. These tubs would be closed with wheels. Thoughts?? | |
