central mn | Building a new feedlot to contain all runoff, part of the project is building a lane from the new yards to existing working facility and then it will go to pasture in opposite direction. Nrcs specs the lane at 12 ft wide. In total it's a 1000 ft long. I am planning on using pipe and building it solid from yard to working facility. Was also thinking of building it this way to pasture, which is about 600 ft. Question I have is, what are you guys using for travel lane fencing? I want something that will keep calves in and not have to much maintenance but also hold up as this will be used daily.
