Central Indiana | I have an electrical question guess this is as good as a place to ask as any, here is the story I bought a house a couple years ago im starting to finish my pole barn, previous owner just has a sixty amp breaker feeding the barn from main panel in the house to a sixty amp disconnect in the barn, so it's three wire two hots and a bare copper wire. My question is I want to put a sub panel in the barn can I use the bare copper wire for the neutral and run a separate ground wire from a ground rod to the sub panel ill never use over sixty amp in the barn just want more circuits in the barn for tools ect any thoughts would be appreciated. | |
