READ the label on those cubes. Bet its close to what you propose to feed. Have you priced your ration?

Before I shelled out that money I would bale cornstalks like crazy, tip them on their side and pour all the corn syrup into them they will hold. Lots of protein roughage and energy in one source.

If I wanted to feed your mix I would go heavy on soy hulls, light on corn, normal rate of wet distillers and balancer/mineral . I have found feeding soy hulls with equal weight of water makes them really improve. Don't think you need any soy bean meal

Other option is to run cornstalks all winter. They will graze shucks and ears till snow gets up to their eyes while digging for food. Takes MUCH less extra feed to keep them happy You can put up miles of electric fence and haul water if needed for what you get even with normal stocks rental rate
