Oklahoma | In my opinion livestock evaluation and giving reasons is one of the best things a young person can do to prepare for the future. It's a tuff world out there and it does a great job with making decisions, standing up and explaining the reasons why you made those decisions, communication skills, and being part of a team. I sure miss judging livestock. It was a lot of fun. Been many years.
Our local ag chapter won the national championship last yr and went to Scotland to the world championships this summer. An experience of a lifetime. | |
