Subject: explain cattle delivered to cme at West Point,Neb

Noticed there's a lot of fat cattle getting delivered to West Point ,Neb-some being retendered for $1-$2-being offered at spot bid for Oct. etc can someone explain this? last week I think one day they had 18 loads which would be close to 720 head-tales a lot of manpower-shrink etc to move 720 head on the scales and back on a truck-think today said 16 loads are being del.
