No it would cost a lot of money. In my area the HPO has an imbedded fair market value of $59/Ac. Now add an additional $.50/bu of additional working capital to a hedging line for adjustment on the hedges to maintain a true straddle that the HPO provides you with. Don't get me wrong it can be done for sure, but throw those two additions alone into cost structure and things look a little different. Oh yea and I almost forgot to throw in the vol risk on that volume of bushels and wooohooo you wanna see a banker squirm!
