SC Iowa | does not have to mean a weak market........land values were rising through most of the time period when ad volume was the highest
some of this land is being sold by those who inherited it from parents and is owned by siblings.......if the goal was to turn into cash, the rate of return from cash rent has been good alternative to short term bank interest rates, thus the wait and see attitude to watch for new info on the market
