I rent out some storage here. For the most part at .035 cents, semi accessable, tractor and auger to unload trucks for an additional months charge if needed. I provide means to load the grain back out of the bin ... vert auger or belt veyor. Aireation fans charged out at cost. Every deal a little different, depends on their needs or perhaps I owe a friend a favor .... then some less ;)
