I definitly need one. Using a sledge hammer or post driver is really rough on a guys shoulders. The constant jarring really gets to me any more. Must be from to many days do everything by hand. Driving post or drilling post holes. Im not as young as I used to be. I no oned thing make sure your T posts have a sharp end on them. A little hand use off a grinder or emery wheel really helps.
