Hennepin, IL | What kind of shape is the combine in? Would there be anything else to gain by upgrading or is this a good machine that you feel comfortable dropping a chunk of $ into? That's the real question to me. If it's one you plan on keeping, spend the money on FT then get yourself a nice, later model 1020 either 25 or 30'. Altogether it should be about the same or less money than a 25' 3020 and will do you a better job than a 3020 without FT.
Saw the last option about hiring a neighbor. Don't overlook that one either. If it frees you up to do something else and they can come in with a draper or something to possibly save some bu it may be a win-win. Especially if it frees up some time to keep the landlady happy.
