| I can't talk on no till, however every row gives its bushels to make it yield say 200 , un pinned rows are not given th same chance as pinned rows,no way to varify they have 100% ground contact
The more pinned rows the more accurate average
Planter wide average systems can not compare to individual row systems when certain rows hit fert spreader tracks or last years combine tracks etc etc
There is so many varied soil situations in states , counties ,,each field that delta makes it easy for100% each row GC
It will take another 10 years to end the use of airbag and spring downforce planters
I question why if soils tilled 4-5 inches same direction as planting 2 inches deep we have so much variance even with abrupt soil type change
THERFORE we have low variable tilled soil Air Force could work

-Linkage Wear
-Hinges
-Planter depth -Implement speed -Planter hitch height -Row cleaners -Opening disc diameter -Closing wheels -Linkage torques -Bushings
-Hydraulic cylinders -Pinch Rows
-Tire Tracks -Fertilizer coulter
