Locally in Nebraska all the investors are putting their land up for sale upon 1031 exchanges to the east. I believe you guys land values will hold stronger than out here. However the amount of land already for sale and what will be coming on the market out here in Nebraska, I am betting we will lose 70% off the highs. That's what $100/ acre taxes will do for us!
