NW Indiana | You aren't understanding and your logic makes zero sense. If my break even is 3.70 and the board never moves I earned zero dollars. I still have to send my landlord a check. If I actually produced those bushels say times my 200 aph I would gross $740/ac. Out of that money I would send my landlord $200/ac, pay my machinery expenses, pay my seed, fertilizer etc. So I broke even. But without growing the crop and not making a dime on the board where is the money going to come from to send my landlord a $200/ac check? Pay my machinery? Your logic doesn't work sorry to point that out. | |
