North Central IL | Finished beans. Records last year and this year is probably off 6 or so across the farm from last. We were a garden spot both years generally speaking but this year it got dry in Aug/Sept. Couple local elevators said they expect less corn and more beans but I didn't ask if it was more a case of acres, which I suspect it is. I don't even care to guess on the 49.9 bu. The genetics probably make it legit when the weather didn't. | |
