NC Kansas | I know different regions sometimes have different prices on corn but beans I don't think they do. Most of Monsanto's retail prices here are $58 to $68 and with some volume and early pay discounts can easily run $48-$55 untreated. Retail price means nothing, all companies do their discounts at different rates. Tell the youngster about how many you want and when and how you will pay, then he can get you a better sounding price I would hope.
