North Central Kansas | We had a small scale feedlot on our farm, +/- 800 head. Dad bought yearlings and feed em to 900ish. Every pen had a pad around it for the bunk to sit on, and a large pad around the water tank. He did not want the cattle to stand in slop while eating or drinking. Today the cattle and the pens are gone. Those pads make for great parking spots for semi trailers and other things. You will be pleased with the $ spent down the road! | |
