Cops got behind him & jumped on & broke out the back window. They were getting ready to "taze" him in the back of the neck when he turned around to look at them. That "black eye" mentioned was due to a tazer shot in the eye.

So....then local ER Dr. said that a tazer in the eye was beyond his capability, so they hauled him to Chicago to specialist. He was only there a day I believe.

As with all criminals and those arrested, his medical bills were paid by........citizens of Illinois.

And you Canadians say we don't have free medical care. How about that Army guy we sent to Leavenworth for treason as a guy, now Obama pardoned her. Again....all FREE!!!

I think the JD dozer guy's eye will be OK now. It'll be a while before he goes to court.
