Sell and buy July last I checked it was .28 carry and that's pretty reasonable storage costs. You also get to have cash on hand to work with.


Price what it would cost you to store till July at commercial storage plus the interest on the full grain... I bet it's close to .37 to store it plus .15 in interest costs as you still pay on your notes if you have any debt...

So commercial storage costs 52 cents/bu to see prices through July where selling and buying July costs .28 today and you have cash on hand

Don't mess with options, they are expensive.



Why not buy a atm July call for .24 right now? Cost less than the .28 carry. Am I looking at this wrong? No margin calls buying options either
