North Central Illinois | If the USDA was as wrong as the everyone here claims we would have run out of grain several times by now. You can't keep kicking the can down the road and have it never catch up with you. Even in 2012 with things as bad as they were we didn't run out. Yes, I know there are some that will claim we ran out because there were regional outages. That isn't the same as the country running out which we did not. Had the USDA been fudging numbers or just plain wrong in the years leading up to 2012 we would have literally run out of corn and beans in 2013. | |
