Exactly. Or been capable of doing something right.
Most don't believe that USDA is out to get the farmer. It more so the belief that USDA is incompetent just like every other federal agency.
I keep hearing how close USDA comes to the final yield in years past. That absolutely cannot be proven or disproven. |
