KS and NE in eastern 3rd | Don't disagree that it's come down in areas I actually made that claim above if you read the whole post. There's some guys talking about coming off 50%, just not going to happen. The drop in NE is mainly contributed to higher taxes.
If 3 years ago I told the average price of corn paid to farmers will average 3.5 over the next 3 years how much would you have expected the price of corn to drop? There's more value in land to some than just the return. | |
