ask your local ethanol plant if they have a pathway with EPA to generate RINS from Hard red winter. Also, ask them if they have one with CARB (if they ship to california).
You cannot give up the RINS and or LCFS to grind cheap wheat. Logistics can be done. Operations are a little more tricky. Govt. regulations can be an insurmountable hurdle.
