Subject: Dryland yields..


Our first dryland field went around 80.. next field fit in ONE (1) truck.. did about 30..

Dryland corn yields are running from zero to maybe 100 in the area.. about half of last year.  Which is why we NEED TO GRIND LOW PROTEIN WHEAT in the ethanol grind.. see my post below!!

The irrigated corn Should be good though.. upwards of 230'ish.. give or take..??  As long as it wasn't hailed on.. bummer.

But overall the Corn crop will be lower as there are 3 acres of dryland for every irrigated acre in the state.. probably more like 1 to 1 here though..
