Abundant cheap crude does nothing to support farmland prices either.
There's been a few of you guys beating the lower land price drum since 09, how has that worked out? Land will come down in price when the majority of people can't afford it. When all you guys waiting on the sidelines that are waiting for 5k dollar land only have enough money to pay 3k per acre it will finally come down to 5k. Just how it works |
