Get an R61957 latch. It replaces the spring clippy thing & the little block on the bottom of the coupler. The levers drop in behind it & stay in a lot better. Whoever rebuilt your couplers probably put in the lip seals that are in the kit...they make it slide too easy. The O-ring & backup ring should be in that older coupler.
Or you can use baling wire to tie it in if you want to be redneck... :)
