| I've said before on here I'm no fan of the 6.0 but a friend of mine jumped ship to a Duramax after his 6.0 and had just as many problems with it and also had to have it towed into the dealership a few times. His Duramax mileage was worse than his Ford. I also have another neighbor that went to the Duramax after his 6.0 Chevy gas which was terrible on mileage but he is only getting 14 on the highway with his Duramax so they haven't impressed me much. I tried a Dodge and would never go down that road again as I never had a problem with the motor but in the year I had it the rear end locked up, replaced the transfer case, burned out 3 radios and a few other little things. I would go to a 6.4 Ford as I love mine but thats just my opinion. | |
