US | My advice: call the Krone na number tomorrow and have them tell your regional service manager to give you a call. They usually block their number and call you. Tell them your issues and that you bought the baler new and I bet you can get somebody from memphis or Reno out there and they will be able to help you more than any of us can on here.
At first I didn't think sensors, I was thinking operator and especially if your Massey was 3x3, a monkey could drive those and make good bales. But a 4 foot wide takes some attention to keep filled evenly. So at that point I might suspect sensors. On the knotter part, look at manual and the specs about running it through tie process by hand and measuring different spots to make sure it is precisely aligned the way it's designed. Especially if you're running it over rough areas that can move those alignments. Might want to check them every thousand bales if your having that much trouble out of knotting.
If anything, call Krone and tell them what's up. They have really good customer service when you're actually dealing with Krone themselves. | |
