The doughnut between the manifold and the exhaust pipe blew out.  I took off the manifold and put in new studs.  I put in a new doughnut and a split flange that bolted together to hold the exhaust pipe to the manifold.

I still have a minor leak.  I've loosened the nuts on the studs and adjusted the exhaust pipe to no avail.  I still have a minor tick that's very noticeable under acceleration or up hills.

I wondered if I got some of that liquid muffler sealer and put it on both sides of the doughnut if it would seal up.
