The guy that owns the truck just wants to put a reman unit on for time reasons. Does the sleeve that goes through the head just slide in and have clearance on the linkage to slide the governor past? I'm hoping the valve cover doesn't need to come off, it's got a bunch of stuff bolted down around the dog house and not much clearance to get the cover out once the rear bolts are out.
