A texas hedge can be an easy way to take a bad situation and multiply the badness of it.

Is reowning on the board considered a Texas hedge? They seem different to me, but they do have in common that when they go bad, they can go real bad.

Corn in bin unpriced can go against you fast too. A lot of us know that. Reowning just extends my pricing window, not a texas hedge IMO. My original question was is there enough reowning via dec futures this year to add a few cents to dec corn.
