Fredonia, Kansas. (south east Kansas)
Our corn here in the north part of Wilson Co, KS. is doing about 80-90 bu/ac . Aph is around 130. We missed all the rains from mid May through July. Last 10 days of May, 0 in. In June we had 2.5. In July less than 2.0 in. That doesn't work very well on our thin soils. One good soaker would have made a huge difference. Pretty frustrating when people less than 10 mi away had at least 8- 10 in more rain. Everytime they got 1.5 to 2 we received .15 to .25.
