If you own 4 quarters and buy a fifth that is $1250 an acre. Would you buy land for $1250?
I would say it is somewhat different then the 80's because land is now in stronger hands. There aren't going to be many forced sales.
I bet the cost to have a baby has out passed land cost over the last 100 years. People are still have kids. | |
